Blackboard is a web-based course management software used by instructors to build and manage online classes. Online courses are taught completely online in Blackboard. To participate in an online course, you will need regular access to a computer with stable, broadband Internet, and have basic computer skills, such as emailing, word-processing, and navigating the Internet.
