Yadira Lara-Dugan, a University of Arkansas at Little Rock senior in the Business Administration in Human Resources program, has recently won the J.C. Cote scholarship award. This scholarship is affiliated with the Arkansas Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Each year, Arkansas SHRM awards a $1,000 scholarship to a student who has demonstrated scholastic achievement and commitment to a career in human resources. Yadira is employed with the CHI St. Vincent ENT Clinic as the Surgery Scheduler, and prior to that, worked for CHI St. Vincent Corporate Health as the Patient Accountant. She is active with the UA Little Rock SHRM organization and will be graduating in December, 2021.
