Center for Student and Career Services

The Center for Student and Career Services in the College of Business, Health, and Human Services (CBHHS) is a resource center for current and prospective students in the college. We help students maximize their college experience and support students who are experiencing difficulties. The center focuses on academic advising, admissions assistance, and connecting students to campus and community resources.

The center is on the first floor of the Reynolds Building and is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. To make an appointment, call 501-916-3009 or schedule an appointment.

Request for Student Support

Mia Polk-Hampton, a student support specialist, is located in the Reynolds Business Building. She is available to help guide students through unexpected and challenging moments in their education. The student support specialist does not provide academic advising but works closely with the student’s advisor when necessary. Students wishing to discuss academic support can call the office at 501-916-3009 or make an appointment.

Please remember that the student support specialist provides assistance in the following areas: academic challenges, emotional distress, family/work/life balance, financial hardship, and university and community resource needs.
