Graduate Studies
The Donaghey College of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (CSTEM) at the UA Little Rock is home to eight cutting-edge graduate programs including doctoral degrees, master of science degrees, and graduate certificates – all focused on strategic areas of commerce and research directly relevant to 21st-century success. Our graduates are in high demand to fill key roles in industry, academia, and national laboratories. And CSTEM provides the infrastructure of faculty support, physical resources, and facilities that combine to engender students’ success. CSTEM graduate students learn, study, and conduct research in facilities that now include a six-story 115,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art teaching and research facility with more than 150 graduate student work stations, as well as a Nanotechnology Center. Plus, UA Little Rock, is located in the center of Little Rock, Arkansas, the capital city of a vibrant state in the south-central United States with temperate weather, a relatively low cost of living, many diverse cultural opportunities, and the great outdoors with a wide variety of opportunities: hiking, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, mountain climbing, water sports, etc. within a short driving distance from Little Rock.
