TimeClock Plus is the timekeeping system used by UA Little Rock to track employee hours. Non-exempt and hourly employees are required to clock in and out at their designated workstations or a time clock, as directed by their supervisor. In addition, non-exempt and hourly employees must clock in/out for lunch each day, unless otherwise directed by their supervisor in writing. Mobile devices may not be used to clock in or out unless it is approved in writing by the supervisor as a result of extenuating circumstances (i.e., working off-site).
Supervisors are required to review, approve, and submit their employees’ time records daily via TimeClock Plus for Managers. All records must be approved prior to 9:00 a.m. each Monday morning to ensure timely and correct processing. Submissions to Payroll are then handled by the department’s administrative staff and, similarly, must be processed in Workday by 11:00 a.m. each Monday in order that checks and/or deposits are received by employees on the appointed date.
