The UA Little Rock Department of Human Resources Staff is temporarily working remotely because of operating issues with the building’s air conditioner units. Due to these extenuating circumstances, we have created this portal for new employees to upload their identification documents during this time to satisfy the requirements for the I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Form.
As a new hire with the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, you are required to provide identification documents for the I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Form. Click here to access a list of Acceptable Documents for the I-9 Form. You will need a document from list A or a document from list B and C. Please note all documents must be current (not expired) and signed to be considered valid.
It is best to submit these documents 2 – 3 days prior to your first day of work to ensure your system access is available on your first day.
