Up to 9 credit hours of appropriate graduate course work taken at another accredited institution may be transferred into the program. All courses must be letter-grade of B or higher. See the Graduate Catalog for Graduate School policies governing transfer of credits. Transfer courses must have been taken no earlier than 5 years before the date of admission to be considered for transfer credit. An official transcript must be sent to the Graduate Admissions Office before any transfer credits can be applied.
If graduate courses were taken at UA Little Rock prior to admission to the MAIS program, the MAIS graduate coordinator will determine whether/how these courses will count towards the 36 required hours based on student’s areas of study and degree plan.
