SEVIS Updates
As an F-1 or J-1 student, you must keep your SEVIS record up-to-date at all times. Submit the form below to notify International Student Services of a change in your situation. We will update your SEVIS record and notify you that your new I-20 or DS-2019 is ready for pickup from the ISS front desk. Not all updates trigger an updated Form I-20 or DS-2019. This form may also be used for new students to request an expedited SEVIS update within the first 30 days of class.
