Course Materials and Reserves

Librarians are available to assist faculty in identifying electronic versions of readings and/or library resources for use by classes. The library may be able to purchase e-books or locate other affordable or open resources.  For assistance, please schedule a consultation.

Faculty may place physical copies of class readings on course reserves. Requests should be submitted using the Course Reserves Request Form.

Instructions for requesting items for Course Reserves:

1. Complete one form for each separate course. Enter or attach a list of multiple titles for the course.

2. Obtain copyright permissions, where applicable, before submitting scanned materials to the library.

3. Deliver personal copies to the library front desk.

4. Please allow 2-5 working days before assigning classwork that requires the material. A confirmation email will be sent when the materials are available.

5. If you have any questions, please contact Chris Stewart at 501-916-6194 or email cstewart@ualr.edu.
