The Trojan Leadership, Engagement, and Development (L.E.A.D.) program is designed to prepare students for leadership in the UA Little Rock community. Through Trojan L.E.A.D., students will:
- Reflect on their identity, values, passion, strengths, and skills;
- Learn to define leadership and understand various types of leadership; and
- Connect with leaders from diverse fields
