Some users are reporting an error when accessing Workday. The error message states Invalid user name or password, please try again. Note: You may not be able to change or reset your password from Workday if your account uses a corporate password.
If you receive this error, please contact IT Services and submit a ticket. We will work with UA System Workday support to correct the issue for your account.
