On August 21, Chancellor Joel E. Anderson addressed the University Assembly at its annual fall meeting. In his remarks, Chancellor Anderson discussed the challenges faced by UALR and higher education in general, noting his confidence that UALR will meet those challenges and continue to excel in the area of distance education.
