Accounts Payable announces one-stop portal

Accounts Payable is pleased to announce a one-stop link to send messages or submit documents. When accessing Accounts Payable’s portal you will be given the option to either Message Accounts Payable or Submit Documents. Due to limited staff and the volume of emails received through our longstanding email address, accountspayable@ualr.edu, we are transitioning this account to only be used by vendors.

The advantage of sending us a message through the portal is that you will receive a receipt of your message and multiple persons will monitor messages daily, preventing delays in receiving a response. In addition, it will help us direct your message to the appropriate person in our office. We strongly encourage you to bookmark Accounts Payable’s portal for your ease and convenience in messaging us or submitting documents.
