A Minor in Psychology is flexible enough to permit the student to structure a program to meet personal needs and interests. The minor requires 18 hours. Fifteen hours may be selected from any upper-level (3000-level or above) courses. A maximum of three hours of independent study, internship, or practicum may be applied to the required hours.
It may take two years to complete a minor since some courses may only be offered every other year.
Students who major in psychology are required to have a minor, but they cannot complete both a major and minor in psychology.
