This form should be filled out by the proposed manager of requested position(s).

These are need-based positions. Please describe the benefit the position(s) will bring to your department. Examples of justification include: "My department would benefit from a Trojan Works position because...", "The Trojan Works student would perform such and such tasks", etc.
If awarded Trojan Works position(s), I agree to abide by all Trojan Works procedures, including mandatory trainings, midterm and end of semester evaluations, and other requirements found in the Trojan Works website (www.ualr.edu/trojanworks) and team drive.(Required)
Failure to agree will disqualify you from receiving any positions.
If awarded Trojan Works position(s), I agree to hold my Trojan Works student(s) accountable to procedures, including mandatory orientations, a minimum of one financial literacy professional development workshop and encourage attendance in other workshops offered through the program, fill out "intent to return" forms at the end of the academic years, and other requirements found in the Trojan Works website (www.ualr.edu/trojanworks).(Required)
