Blackboard Outcomes will serve as our assessment management system so that we can analyze data at both the program and institutional levels. Alongside the Scholarly Technology and Resource Center (STaR), the Assessment Academy Team is overseeing the implementation of this system, which ties in with Blackboard Learn, UALR’s current course management software.
