Chancellor Joel E. Anderson served as master of ceremonies for the E Pluribus Unum celebration on Sunday, September 11 at the Clinton Presidential Library.
The ceremony’s purpose was to honor those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, and to spark a renewed sense of unity and patriotism in the central Arkansas community. The ceremony was organized by local religious and community leaders.
