After Hours, Weekends, & Holidays

In situations where maintenance concerns arise after normal business hours, on weekends, or during holidays, a different protocol is in place. Individuals encountering such issues are encouraged to contact the Department of Public Safety Dispatch Office at 501-916-3400. The dispatch office will then coordinate with the appropriate on-call maintenance service staff to address the reported problem. This ensures a swift response and resolution even outside regular business hours, contributing to the overall efficiency of facility management and the satisfaction of those utilizing the space.
