Implementation update

The implementation team for the new time and attendance system is pleased to report that implementation is progressing steadily towards the July 1 start date. The pilot group, which includes 200 employees, was trained last week and began testing the new system May 1. We anticipate campus-wide training to begin in late May and continuing through June. Training dates will be announced in the coming weeks.

As we mentioned previously, the change in how you report attendance and leave time results from a recommendation by Internal Audit that will help UALR better comply with the Fair Labor Standards Act. Our goal is to have a smooth transition with minimal disruptions to daily work schedules. Please check the implementation website periodically for updates or to submit your comments and questions.
