This is a friendly reminder that all employees must register for training on the new time and attendance system. All employees, timekeepers, and managers/supervisors who are not participating in the pilot group are required to register for training, using the following link: Time Clock Training Registration
If you are a manager, you do not need to attend an employee training session. A brief overview of the employee time entry system will be provided during manager training.
Some important points to remember:
- Beginning August 1, ALL employees will start tracking time and attendance in TimeClock Plus. Web Time Entry in BOSS will no longer be active.
- Classified, hourly, and work study employees will clock in, clock out, and break in and out for lunch.
- Non-classified, classified exempt, and faculty will report leave taken and other exceptions.
