The master calendar initiative has three categories:
- Event and Resource Management – UA Little Rock employees can electronically request reservations for space on campus for events and submit on- and off-campus events to be published on the website calendar through MazevoSchedule. The Mazevo tool lets viewers see when and where classes and events are taking place.
- Academic Scheduling – All course scheduling in classrooms is done in Banner but available room spaces not used for classes can be reserved via Mazevo Schedule.
- Personal Calendaring – Through UA Little Rock’s Google-powered email service, faculty, staff, students, and Alumni Association members can schedule personal meetings in their email account.
