Starting this week (August 5), the Amazon delivery drivers will be instructed to bring all campus deliveries to the mail room for safe keeping. A work station has been set up inside Mail Services to keep all Amazon packages safe until they are picked up and a sign-out sheet will help us know who is picking up which packages. When Amazon notifies you that your package has been delivered to the mail room, you should plan a time to drop by and pick up your purchases from the mail room staff.
Mail Services does not have the personnel to finish the delivery process for Amazon, but we can become a drop location and keep your packages safe until you come by to pick them up. We hope this new courtesy service will help keep your packages safe and help prevent lost and missing packages.
