Breaking News from San Francisco

This week Dr. Robert Hines is presenting his research at the Association for Psychological Science 2018 Convention in San Francisco California. The 30th APS Convention will bring together more than 4,000 scientists from disciplines spanning the full spectrum of psychological science.

As a Cognitive Experimental Psychologist, Dr. Hines’ interests are primarily concentrated in the area of human learning and memory. He is presenting his newest research on how the causal chain of events in narrative passages enhances free-recall for consistent information more so than for functional information and how this pattern reverses with time.
