COVID-19 Resources

We are in unprecedented times and there is a lot of uncertainity right now. It is important that we be gentle and kind to ourselves and each other and that we all work together to get through this. Below are resources to help you. More will be added as we become aware of them. If you need additional assistance, contact your faculty adviser and/or any of your professors.

UA Little Rock resources:

The below information is from an email sent to UA Little Rock faculty, staff, and students:

Trojan Food Pantry: check website or call before you visit to see if they are open.Counseling Services: for the foreseeable future, Counseling Services is expanding its walk-in hours to 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Walk-ins for counselors will be accommodated around scheduled clients. Counseling Services also received approval to offer emergency counseling services via phone in case its physical office is closed. More information will be shared as it becomes available.

Disability Resource Center: available to help students transition to online classes, and ensure accommodations are in place. Please visit the DRC’s website or contact the DRC at 501.569.3143.

Residence Halls: for students who choose to remain in the residence halls, you won’t see an interruption of services at this time. The work order system will still be online, and mail services will continue as usual. Dining Services’ new hours were sent out yesterday. Contact Campus Living with any questions by email or at 501.661.1743.

Student Experience Center: available for general assistance and to answer questions about events. Contact the Student Experience Center online or at 501.569.3308.

Care Team: students can submit requests for support assistance through the university Care Team. A member of the Care Team will consult over the phone with the student to identify appropriate campus and community resources. Self-referrals can be made online.

Blackboard: resources for students using Blackboard for their classes.
