Students automatically receive NetID, email, and Windows (Active Directory) accounts. Access to other university systems may require special authorization. Prior to using newly-created accounts for the first time, you must set a strong password on each account.

Employees, to find your NetID, email, Windows (Active Directory), and Workday accounts, use this new hire checklist.

These accounts are used to grant access to many different applications, including but not limited to:

Forms

  • Change your preferred first name: Use Workday to change your preferred first name as displayed in certain university systems.
  • New Mobile Device Order Form for Employee All employees requesting new cellular service, or upgrading current service must fill out the Mobile Device Order Form. Please use the link above to access the form. Note that the request requires approval from both your department head and the department vice-chancellor.
