Whether you’re new to online learning or just looking for a refresher to bring you up-to-speed, there are plenty of options for getting oriented with Blackboard at UA Little Rock.
Please reach out to Blackboard Student Support to request an appointment, and a member of the support team will reach out to make arrangements to meet with you by phone or web conference. Be sure to include the times and dates that work best for you and your preferred method of contact when you reach out to arrange a meeting.
There are no general requirements that say you must complete the self-paced orientation or attend one of the scheduled events detailed on this page, but some units on campus or individual instructors may specifically require you to show evidence of completion.
If you’re having trouble finding the answers to your questions, you can always reach out to the ASK Desk, which can be reached during business hours year round apart from major holidays and winter break by emailing [email protected] or calling 501-916-3000.
