Receivers year-end deadline

In preparation for the general ledger roll process, Banner Finance users currently entering receivers electronically can do so until 5 p.m. on June 29. After 5 p.m. on June 29 you will be unable to access Banner form FPARCVD (Receiving Goods).

From July 2 through July 13, all receivers must be on paper and submitted to Carolyn Farr-Onuora in Financial Services for processing. You will be able to resume entering FY19 receivers electronically on July 16.

It is very important to indicate the following on each Purchase Order receiver:

  • The date the items were actually received in your office
  • Your initials
