In the Summer 2008 volume of the UALR magazine, the UALR Information Quality Graduate Program was prominently featured in the three page article entitled Leveling Access for Higher Education.
Highlights of the article included photos of two faculty members, Dr. John Talburt and Dr. Rolf Wigand, as well quotes from both Dr. Talburt and Dr. Wigand. One of the Information Quality graduate students, Marcelo Silva, was also featured
in the article. Silva is an off-campus student who connects to classes live from the country of Brazil.
