All UA Little Rock employees including adjuncts, hourly, graduate assistant and work-study employee are required to complete the mandatory Title IX training within 30 days of their hire date. This training will help faculty and staff to understand their role as a “Mandated Reporter” and their requirements to report instances of sexual harassment or discrimination against students and colleagues. The training should take approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes and may be completed in multiple sessions.

Employees should complete the required training module “Sexual Violence Awareness for Employees (Campus SaVE Act), Sexual Harassment: Staff to Staff, Title IX: Role of Employee, Title IX Policy and Website Review and Acknowledgement”. In addition to this training, there are other optional courses available for employees that may be taken by accessing “Extra Training”. Other optional employee courses include:

- Diversity and Inclusion: Faculty and Staff
- FERPA: Confidentiality of Records
- Sensitivity Awareness

Title IX Policy and Website Acknowledgement
Employees are expected to read and acknowledge through the online training module, the university’s Title IX Policy and Website. The Title IX website provides resources, contact information and an online incident reporting option. All required training is automatically assigned through the online training program. You will receive email reminder until the required training is completed. At the conclusion of each training course, you will have the option to print a certificate. All training is tracked and recorded electronically.
