Marissa De La Paz (’13) Finishes First Among Women in the Race for the Cure

Congrats to Donaghey Scholars Honors Program alumna Marissa De La Paz – she was the first woman to cross the finish line at Saturday’s Race for the Cure! Her time was 17:34, just 24 seconds behind the winner. Marissa is currently a third year medical student at UAMS.
