A new look and feel for Blackboard coming this summer

A new look and feel is coming to UA Little Rock’s Blackboard course environment this summer, when we’ll be updating to the Blackboard Learn 2016 theme.

The update, which will roll out at the end of the Spring semester, introduces accessibility enhancements, responsive design, and a more consistent experience for users across different types of devices. Here are some of the key improvements that you can expect to see:

  • The color, font, and spacing styles introduced in the update will give the interface a modern, up-to-date look and feel.
  • A more uniform experience across all devices will make it easier to switch from a laptop or computer to your phone or tablet.
  • With more tools and features optimized for a mobile browser, it’ll be easier for you to complete activities on-the-go from your phone or tablet.
