Faculty Support

The Office of eLearning provides assistance and support for the development, design and delivery of online courses. The Design team employs evidence-based practice to assist faculty in creating engaging, high-quality online learning environments in an effort to promote student retention and success.

Our Support team is committed to providing diligent help-desk service and support for UA Little Rock faculty and staff using online learning technologies, including Blackboard UA Little Rock’s learning management system (LMS) and third-party LMS intergrated tools such as Kaltura, QClassroom, and Respondous.

eLearning’s professional staff also provides course consultations, faculty development, Blackboard training, and multimedia services.

Where can students go for Blackboard support?

Students can find a collection of articles and tutorials addressing common issues encountered by students at the Blackboard Student Support website.

Students with technical questions can contact the Blackboard Student Support Helpdesk by emailing bbhelp@ualr.edu.

Where can I find support for other campus systems?

If you are in need of technical support for other UA Little Rock applications, like email or BOSS, or need assistance with a UALR account, like your NetID or T-Number, please contact the Information Technology Services helpdesk.
