Personal Fitness Program

The Fit/Well Personal Fitness Program is designed to help you become independent in your workout regime. Each program provides the following:

  • Baseline body measurements, BMI, fitness level evaluations
  • Development of personal fitness goals & program
  • Instruction on use of strength training & fitness equipment
  • ACCESS: A Personal Fitness Program for individuals with disabilities
