Study Abroad’s New ViaTRM Application Successfully Launched

On September 1st, the Office of Study Abroad launched ViaTRM, a new student-centered application and travel relationship management platform for the UA Little Rock student population.

Photo of a male Study Abroad student sitting on a rock - behind is a panoramic view of mountains likely n a foreign country. This system was chosen after a thorough review of available study abroad application systems with the help of colleagues in IT Services, Student Affairs, the Donaghey Scholars Program and students who have formerly studied abroad.

ViaTRM will be the starting point for students to learn more about the 500+ study abroad programs, international internships, and research opportunities that UA Little Rock offers.

ViaTRM is a student-friendly site that allows students to sign into the application management system utilizing single sign-on (SSO).

With just a few steps, students can enter their study abroad or internship abroad preferences and receive a personalized view. They have the ability to search the study abroad program portfolio, favorite programs of interest, connect directly with study abroad staff, and keep up with events, sessions, and scholarship workshops.

The system enables students to start their UA Little Rock application process which also includes giving them the capability to upload their passport and visa information in the portal.

If you have any questions about ViaTRM or Study Abroad at UA Little Rock, please email studyabroad@ualr.edu or call 501-916-3376.
