Student Honors and Awards

Each year, the Faculty Senate Honors and Awards Committee chooses one outstanding and extremely motivated graduating senior. Selection is based on the student’s demonstrated scholarship, leadership, character, and citizenship. The winner receives an award and university-wide recognition.

Students from all colleges and disciplines may apply; however, the nominated student must be eligible to graduate within the current academic year. Summer graduates may apply the following academic year.

The application deadline is the second Friday of March.
