Association of Information Systems Power Team

The AIS Power Team is designed for students planning careers in information systems correlated fields. Complete professional development requires knowledge that goes beyond the classroom, especially in a profession where textbooks may be obsolete before they are printed.  Employers are looking to hire graduates who do more than the bare minimum to earn their degree.  They want to hire individuals who are passionate enough about the field to put in the effort to better prepare themselves for the workplace after graduation in the areas that might not be covered explicitly in the curriculum such as leadership and professional network building.  Student Chapters represent AIS’s commitment to help students become the leaders of tomorrow
