Campus Garden to host summer farmstand event

The Campus Garden, located on the southeast corner of campus, will have its first farmstand event August 6. The students, faculty, and staff involved are hopeful to see the same success as a similar event hosted in April, where cars were lined down the street.

According to the website, “The UA Little Rock Campus Garden is a place for education, research, and outreach about food production, sustainability, economic botany, ecology and more.” Anyone wishing to become involved should visit the Become a Campus Gardener section.

The event runs 9AM to 6PM, or until the vegetable stock is depleted.
