Tiffany Kell joined the law school in 2012. As the Mediation Program Coordinator with the William H. Bowen School of Law Legal Clinic, she is responsible for implementation, contract negotiation, and promotion of the grant-funded mediation programs serving Arkansas. Through these various projects, she works closely with the Mediation Clinic students through experiential learning opportunities.

Tiffany serves as one of three Mediator-Mentors with the Administrative Office of the Courts, Arkansas Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission. Through this project, she works with the Mediator-Mentees towards certification as Juvenile Mediators in Arkansas.

Kell also holds a hybrid position as the Senior Program Manager with the Safe Babies Court Team Project. In this role, Kell works to promote collaborative practices in Dependency/Neglect Staffings in various jurisdictions throughout Arkansas and is able to offer observation and hands-on learning experiences to the Mediation Clinic students.
