In Support of Bail Reform, Professor cummings Testifies Before the Arkansas House Judiciary Committee

cummings, andré douglas pond. In support of House Bill 1618 Calling for Broad Reform of a Bail Requirement for Misdemeanor Charges. Arkansas House of Representatives, House Judiciary Committee, Little Rock, AR March 30, 2021.
