Speaking at the First United Methodist Church, Dean cummings described the efforts of 501(c)(3)’s decARcerate and Abolish Private Prisons in seeking to end mass incarceration in the U.S. and in Arkansas. cummings also introduced the new Center for Racial Justice and Criminal Justice Reform at Bowen Law School and described Court Observation AR.
