Professor Schwabach discussed the recent closures of schools, libraries and bookstores due to the pandemic. The subsequent expansion of the use of e-books and controlled or uncontrolled digital lending of digital materials has the potential to lead to unauthorized duplication of copyrighted materials and violation of licensing terms.
