Bowen student’s work to be heard by U.S. Supreme Court

Lakesia Morrison has been working as a law clerk at the Arkansas Municipal League since 2012. One of her assignments was contributing to the brief in Plumhoff v. Rickard after the U.S. Supreme Court agreed to hear the case.

On March 4, she will travel to Washington, D.C., with Arkansas Municipal League attorneys and her fellow clerks for oral arguments.
