Adopt the judicial policy contained in Motion FS_2016_16 (see 5/6/2016 agenda) as a working draft, asking the Ad Hoc Committee on Judicial Policy over the summer to (1) discuss the policy with UA System General Counsel; and (2) develop a plan for a structured, section-by-section review during the fall that will include all relevant parties.
