COVID-19 TEMPORARY CONSIDERATIONS: Under current circumstances and restrictions with COVID-19, UPS, FedEx, and DHL will be delivering packages directly to UA Little Rock Mailing Services for delivery to Procurement Services. Bid submissions should not be delivered in person. Scheduled bid opening events will be conducted in a live stream meeting via Zoom. Bidders are responsible for requesting access to the live stream bid opening by submitting an emailed request to the buyer no later than 24 hours prior to the bid submission deadline.
